Autonomous — and firmly in your hands
Automation you can't see is automation you can't trust. Euporo is built the other way around: when it isn't confident about an item — or which specialist should handle it — it proposes what it intends to do and waits for a person to confirm, adjust, or redirect. Nothing irreversible happens on a shaky guess.
Anything sensitive waits for sign-off. You can stop a task mid-flight, hand it to someone else, or take it over. And for any piece of work you can see why it was routed where it was, what the agent planned and did, and what it was working from.
Full auditability isn't bolted on. It's part of the data model.
Five layers of safeguards
You're handing real work to software — so trust can't be a promise, it has to be built in. Euporo is deterministic where it matters, uses AI only for the reasoning, and puts a human gate on anything uncertain, sensitive or irreversible. Five layers:
Nothing real happens without your OK
Everything runs in simulation by default — no real email, CRM change or payment until you connect a system and switch it on. Every connected system has its own simulate/live switch for exactly that: you flip them one at a time, and sensitive steps — anything touching money — keep pausing for your approval even then, finished draft included. Rollout is a dial, not a leap.
Nothing irreversible ever happens on a guess — you decide, per step, what runs for real.
It can't overreach or fake 'done'
Every agent works to a goal and a clear definition of done, and work is only marked complete when those criteria are genuinely met — checked against what it actually did. If it can't prove it, a person reviews it. Critical details like a customer's email are pulled from your systems, never guessed.
No box-ticking, no runaway AI, no invented actions.
When it's unsure, it stops and asks
A confident match runs; an uncertain one waits for a person to confirm before anything happens. Missing a required detail, it asks the customer for exactly that instead of inventing it — and it never dead-ends, so every item ends with a way forward.
Uncertainty is held, never guessed — the classic automation failure is designed out.
Your data stays walled off
Every organisation runs in its own isolated environment — one can never see another's data. What each agent is allowed to touch is scoped to your environment in code, not by a prompt that could be talked around.
Your operational data is among your most sensitive; it's separated by design, not by policy.
EU-hosted, and everything's on the record
No US cloud in the data path — the AI runs in the EU, search on your own servers, and the infrastructure and mail sit in the EU. Every action is logged into a full audit trail, and the automation number is honest: a run only counts as autonomous if a human never touched it.
GDPR-aligned from the ground up, and a record you can hand to an auditor.
Everything is logged. Nothing is a black box.
For regulated work, trust isn't a feeling — it's a record. Euporo logs every decision, every action, and every piece of information it worked from, so you can always show exactly what happened and why.
Every action is logged
Each decision, each step, and each source the system drew on is recorded — a complete, timestamped trail of what happened.
Every decision is explainable
For any item you can see why it was routed where it was, what the agent planned and did, and the past cases and context it worked from. No mystery, no leap of faith.
Auditability is in the data model
It isn't bolted on after the fact — the record is part of how the system is built. Produce the full trail for a compliance review, an audit, or the EU AI Act's oversight requirements.
You set how far it goes
Sensitive steps wait for human approval, and an agent only becomes autonomous once it clears an approval threshold you choose — per step, live or simulated. You control the pace of hand-over.
GDPR compliant, by design
Handling your operational inbox means handling personal — often sensitive — data. So Euporo is built on the GDPR from the ground up, not with privacy patched on afterwards.
GDPR by architecture
Adhering to the GDPR is designed in, not added later: a lawful basis, data minimisation and the right safeguards are part of how Euporo works.
You stay in control of your data
Euporo runs on infrastructure you control, so your data stays yours — you decide how it's stored, how long it's kept, and when it's removed.
Processing runs in the EU
The AI that reads and reasons runs in the EU, and voice transcription runs on your own server — so processing stays within EU jurisdiction.
Every environment walled off
Each organisation runs in its own isolated environment — strictly separated — and every action is logged and auditable.
Start your trial or book a demo
Connect your mailbox — read-only, nothing real happens. Euporo shows you what it would have done with your past month, and what that would have saved. Two weeks of simulation, a short update every morning, and a decision report with your own numbers at the end. Early customers start on launch terms with a direct line to the builders.
